Is it right that a Company pays customers for good reviews about its work but goes out of its way to prevent negative reviews?

Should a Company act impartially and transparently with the best interests of the Customer and public at the forefront of its Service?

Are Good Ethics and good Character relevant in the Capitalistic Economy?

I suppose its up to the Customer to decide who they engage with.
